Offering something for everyone and every body to make you feel amazing inside and out! A full 9-week FREE workout series taught by highly certified instructors and trainers throughout the area. Partnering studios include our newest resident fitness studio, Upgrade Fitness. Other visiting studios include Ballet Bod, InFit KC, and AKT. All classes are offered in a beautiful outdoor morning setting at Barkley Square. And, as a bonus, participants will enjoy a few specials and discounts along the way!

Upgrade Fitness – Run, climb, lift, (and repeat) your way to burning calories while building muscle and strength. This 45-minute workout will get you in the right mindset with the right community to transform you to be your best! (Open to all ages and stages!)
Ballet Bod* – A ballet-inspired fitness program designed for the ballerina within all of us. Classes are created to tone and strengthen the body, as you would in ballet, with an athletic and artistic approach.
AKT Trainers* – Sweat is a modified version of Bands, AKT’s most popular class. This interval workout combines sports and agility training with full body strength and flexibility. This 45-minute class will keep your heart rate up with its combination of cardio and strength intervals.
InFit KC Yoga* – Elevate your body and bring awareness to your life through the practice of deep breathing and strength building movements. These 45-minute yoga classes offer easy-to-understand instruction and modifications that allow the poses to be accessible to all bodies. An (optional) 10-minute nutritional session with Q&A will take place immediately following each yoga workout.
