About the workout:

A Vinyasa style “flow” format involves moving through a sequence of poses while engaging your breath and core. The sequences change on a weekly basis as this class will help wake-up the body and push you to new limits in a very healthy way. Just about everyone can benefit from yoga, as it helps calm the mind and relax the body, minimizing the chances of movement related injury as well as improved energy levels.
