The Bar Method is a boutique fitness studio offering barre-based workouts that combine strength training, muscle sculpting, posture improvement, flexibility, and endurance. Classes use body weight, the ballet barre, and targeted movements to create a challenging yet low-impact workout experience.

Located at Park Place in Leawood, the studio welcomes all fitness levels with highly trained instructors who provide modifications and personalized guidance throughout every class.
